Paroshni is a committed and compassionate team member at our Skills Development Centre, holding a degree in Education and a strong passion for supporting diverse learners. With a natural ability to connect with children, Paroshni uses her teaching background to help develop foundational skills in a structured yet nurturing environment. She is especially skilled at adapting activities to meet each child’s unique needs, fostering confidence, independence, and making steady progress through thoughtful guidance and encouragement. Paroshnis fun and loving personality creates a safe space for children to learn, grow, and express themselves at their own pace.

Revania is the passionate founder and director of  The Umbrella Centre, a skills development and Intervention centre dedicated to helping children of all abilities thrive. With over 12 years of  hands-on experience, she holds an Honours degree in Psychology and has specialized in skills development therapy cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), play therapy, promotive language techniques, and supportive-based treatments for both parents and teachers.

Revania has an exceptional ability to connect with children, meeting them at their level, celebrating their uniqueness, and guiding them with gentle structure and care. Her empathetic nature and creative approach makes her especially effective with kids. Her personality along with her knowledge and years of experience allows for a great balance between work and play within the field and allows her to fully engage with a child resulting in the best and most effective support provided. She has the ability to empower parents and educators as well as ensures every child receives the consistent, supportive environment they need to grow and thrive in.

Aaliyah is a fun spirited and compassionate team member at our Skills Development Centre holding a degree in Education. Aaliyah uses her expertise to foster an environment where all children can develop confidence, independence and explore their strengths as well as weaknesses to reach their full potential. Her proficiency and dedication greatly enhances every childs learning and development.

Aaliyah brings excitement, warmth and a deep sense of care in supporting learners and helping them grow. Her genuine passion for teaching and connection with children makes a lasting impact every day. Her structured approach helps young learners feel safe, confident, and excited to explore, setting the stage for a lifelong love of learning.
